Our customers come first, so we're happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 for USA customers.

We'll make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible, but please remember that there may be delays due to peak selling season and other factors beyond our control (like customs clearance issues or public holidays). We hope you'll have a little patience with us!

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with product tracking information. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for final delivery.

We're committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase, so if for any reason at all you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for return, the item must be in perfect condition, with no evidence of use, wear or damage. It must also include all tags and packaging and all original parts, all products purchased on sale are final, no refunds, no exceptions. 

Please contact customer service by emailing anamaria.velez@woahstore.com  to initiate the return process. You will receive an email with a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship your package back to us, once approved by our quality control team and verified that the product meets our conditions for return, please allow 1-3 business days for processing your refund. Please note that a $8.99 flat return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount on returns.
