Our customers come first, so we're happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 for USA customers.

We'll make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible, but please remember that there may be delays due to peak selling season and other factors beyond our control (like customs clearance issues or public holidays). We hope you'll have a little patience with us!

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with product tracking information. USA orders take between  5 and 8 business days to be delivered, and international orders take between 8 and 10 business days.

We're committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase, so if for any reason at all you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for return, the item must be in perfect condition, with no evidence of use, wear or damage, must also include all tags, packaging and hygiene protectors in place.  We suggest that you wear undergarments when trying on intimate apparel. All products purchased on sale are final, no refunds, no exceptions. 

Please contact customer service by emailing anamaria.velez@woahstore.com  to initiate the return process. You will receive an email with a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship your package back to us, we will not refund/return items that are sent 6 or more days after receiving the return shipping label. Once our quality control team approves the product and verifies that it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed in 1-3 business days. The $8.99 flat return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If we reject your item, it may be returned to you at your own expense.
